The world is still plagued virus that transforms humans into T zombies and almost no longer a safe place for humans. In the wanderings, Alice (Milla Jovovich) is also still had to hide from the target of the Umbrella Corporation officials while trying to find a way to tear down a giant company responsible for this human destruction.
